1. Please read and acknowledge the terms and conditions outlined below:
- I understand that damage can be indoor or outdoor, that cannot be remedied by average
cleaning supplies or regular yard maintenance. - I will retain renters’ insurance to include but not limited to my animal, with the exception
of assistance animals, through the end of my lease. - I understand there are properties/communities that may have restrictions for weight and
breed. I agree to always abide by these rules during my lease. - I understand that every animal in my household will have to complete the animal
application through Re-Homing Texas LLC. - I agree to clean up immediately after my animals in any property or community that
requires animal clean up. - I agree to report to my property management company any bite incident that occurs.
- I agree to read, review and understand the pet policies of Re-Homing Texas, and it is my
duty to understand and abide by the local and state vaccination laws. - I understand and agree that no visiting pet or animal, including animal sitting, is allowed
without written permission from the landlord or owner. - I understand that my monthly rent animal fee will be based on the information I have provided.
